Zodiac Compatibility
Sun signs are a starting point. A real relationship reading compares two complete birth charts.
Level 1 · Sun-sign compatibility
Start with the Sun sign
Sun-sign compatibility looks only at the zodiac sign the Sun was in on each person’s birthday. It’s the most familiar kind of astrology compatibility and a friendly place to begin.
It’s also very simplified. Each person’s chart holds far more than the Sun: the Moon, the Rising sign, Venus, Mars and the other planets, set across twelve houses. Two people with the same Sun-sign pairing can have very different charts.

Level 2 · Full relationship chart
Want to compare your actual birth charts?
Sun-sign compatibility is simplified. Synastry compares two complete natal charts, laying each person’s planets against the other’s. You’ll need both people’s birth date, time and place. The chart is free.

What this does and doesn’t tell you
Sun-sign compatibility is not a complete relationship (synastry) analysis, and neither it nor a synastry chart measures whether two people should start, continue or end a relationship. Astrology is an interpretive tradition, offered here for entertainment, education and self-reflection.
